To go for a voyage tomorrow

I will seek a voyage to the states tomorrow. I made the Taiwanese
bread with the coffee glazing on the top and the roll chese of Wilton
to be brought for the trip.I will have gone during one week, that I it
will announced the receipt when I am back:)Hi, I am back of the
voyage, I will now announce the receipts of cheese roll of Wilton
Indonesia, I twisted the receipt, instead of that by using the piece
of chocolate, I employed cheese. This roll so much gently like cotton

butter, water and salt to the mixer roll, add B when is still hot, mix

Part of marriage

I am really happy the bride and me toilet like the cake of marriage
and the cup of bouquet hardens the flower which I made cook with the
furnace for them. Grooming is my colleague of sister. Congratulations
to both.

Cake of marriage and bunch of flowers (cakes of cup) for my friend














I made this yesterday, sigh I am still tired, this wedding cake and Bouquet for my friend, I will write more about it tomorrow.
Hi , I am back, the wedding cake is 4 tiers of cake , I made myself the white chocolate heart with flower inside, I bought the moulding for the chocolate. It is easy to make , you just buy white chocolate wafer, and you melt it in the microwave for 1 minutes, and put in the refrigerator for 15 to 25 minutes, and you can unmolded after it cooled. The icing for the cake , I couldn't find white butter, so I used crisco vegetable shortening, mix it with butter or margarine, and mix it with sweet condensed milk,no colour vanilla essence, icing sugar ( I used wilton icing mix from the can), because the weather is so hot, I put more of the icing sugar mix, so it can stand the hot summer weather, it wasn't going to melt so easy. For the bouquet of flower, baked cup cakes, and added icing on the top of the cup cake swirl it so it look like roses, I use star nozzle.
I am really glad , they( brides and groom) appreciate it.

Manis de Kwe pudding/cantik of hun of pearl of sagou

I employ the kwe flour/powder (receipt of hun of source by primarasa)
for this pudding, it is really nice ate this when to survive it is hot
as in this moment. Cool it in the refrigerator before you eat it.
Usually you find this kind of food on the traditional market in
Indonesia, they it wrapped one with the banana sheet or the
transparent plastic, since I are so lazy to wrap it, hello, hello:P, A
just put in the pirex and cut the sheet or the plastic of banana of
fruit nangka of jack of gr. of the kwe flour/powder175 of hun of gr.
of the sheet /pandan leaf125 of screwpine of the gr. granulated/castor
sugar2 of the tsp salt250 of coconut milk1 of the pearl sago1300 ml of
the gr. it.Ingredients:100 for wrapDirections:1. With boiled water,
the pearl of sagou adds to water pulp, until fact, leaves the pearl
sagou put it in the cold coconut milk of water2.Boiled 1000ml with
salt, sugar, and the screwpine leaf/pandan, stir up until sugar
dissolved, lower the heat.3.Mix that the remainder of coconut milk
with the hunkwe flour/powder4. slowly add no.3 to no.2 stir up until
the thick chime of sagou of drain of the uniformity develop.5.add, and
the matrices put on jack the fruit at the not 4.6. Wrap to it in the

Lemon cheese spread biscuits





I tried this recipes by Alex Goh, but I don't have Cheddar cheese, and the recipes isn't so clear, corn flour? may be corn starch, well I don't have corn flour, but I didn't put corn starch , if I added corn starch the dough will be to soft. Instead of corn flour, rice flour will be allright for the substitute ,make it crunchy. I don't have almond flakes, so I added glaze icing instead. I thing this cookies will taste much better on second day, because of the butter and the cream cheese.
Ingredients:
100g cream cheese
60g Cheddar cheese,grated
200g butter
150g caster sugar
1/8 tsp salt
lemon zest from 1 lemon, finely grated
1 egg
Dry Ingredients: (sift together)
300g plain flour
20g corn flour
1 tbsp milk powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
100g flaked almonds (for coating)
Method:
Cream the cream cheese till smooth. Add in grated Cheddar cheese andmix till well blended.Add in butter, sugar & salt and whisk lightly. Then, add in the gratedlemon zest & egg and cream till smooth.Add in the dry ingredients, mix till blended. Chill in the fridge foran hour to firm up the dough.After an hour, take the dough from the fridge and knead lightly tobecome pliable.Divide the dough into 4 portions. Shape each portion into 28cm longtriangular log.Coat all the sides of each triangular log with flaked almonds. Wrap itwith plastic sheet and chill overnight.Remove the dough from the fridge and cut into 3mm thick slices.Place the slices into a greased tray or a tray lined with baking paper.Bake in preheated over at 170 degree Celsius for 20 minutes or tillgolden brown.

Martabak/Crêpe De Viande

I was accustomed to buying Martabak of the supplier of food in
Indonesia, I did this with my sister yesterday, it taste as we bought
of the supplier of food, crusty on the side of exit, inside the so
delicious meat filling, tests the receipt. I announced the receipts
below. I also did it video how to make this martabak, I am always
illustrated to him out way of putting in this blog

Pancake Ingedients:

250 gr high gluten flour ( Bread flour)

135 ml water, 50 ml vegetable oil

1 tsp salt


Pancake Methods:

Mix flour with water and oil together untill you can form a big ball, divide the ball to 5 small ball, soaked all the ball covered in oil for 30 minutes or 1 hour. Press the small ball till become very thin like paper ( transparent).


Filling ingredients:

500 gr ground beef

1 onion slice thinly

4 cloves of garlic slice thinly

3 tbs ghee

2 tbs Garam masala /" Gule " ( indonesian paste) paste

5 or 6 large eggs

20 chop spring onions/green onion

1 tsp salt

Beat the egg with fork put the chop spring onions into it and a little bit of salt, put beaten egg a side. Fry the onion and garlic with ghee till fragrant, put the ground beef and garam masala or Gule paste, cook it untill done, leave it to cool. When it cool mix it with egg and chop spring onions. This is the filling ingredients for the Martabak.


How to assemble the martabak:

After you made the thinly pancake, put the transparent pancake on the medium heat oil ( about 20 tbs oil) ,then put filling close the pancake like enveloped, fried it untill yellow ,done.

You can eat it with Acar ( pickle)


How to make Acar/ pickle:

1 cucumber dice (1 cm x 1 cm)

2 carrot dice (1/2 cm x 1/2 cm)

4 small red onion dice

4 whole bird eyed chillies

Soaked all the ingredients marinated in vinegar, granulated sugar,and water for 1/ 2 days untill ready to use.
